Announcing NEW Family Interview Service

 Your Biography is pleased to announce the launching of its NEW Family Interview Service.

With a growing family, the years pass by so quickly and suddenly the toddlers go to nursery, onto primary school and then onward with their education. Then, suddenly, it seems, they're graduating and becoming people in their own right.

Other aspects of family life happen but can get "lost" in the overall activity of being a busy mum or dad. Aspects of life such as..........reflecting upon career progression, the development of a new hobby from which you derived unexpected happiness, or maybe the shock of a health scare for one of the family members.

Although these events may be captured in the spontaneity of a quick video or a photograph, sitting down and talking with Your Biography provides you the opportunity of really taking stock of what has happened in the life of your family.

The Family Interview is designed to be conducted on a regular basis, annually or once every two years with the adult(s), (such as Mum and/or Dad) in the family, whilst the memories of the events during that period are still relatively fresh in your mind; enabling you to have an ongoing record of the development of your family, so that those personal insights are not forgotten. 


Questions that may be asked include:

  • As the family has grown, has the relationship between any of the children and their granddads changed? 
  • Did you learn anything NEW about your cousin's life from listening to the eulogy at their funeral?
  • When you had the key career decision to make which potentially had far-reaching consequences for your family, what factors to consider went through your mind?

Collectively, the audio interviews will form part of the heritage of your family and therefore could be listened to for years to come by yourselves and also your children, perhaps looking back from the perspective years from now, having become adults themselves.
